PhotoFacial & BBL – Pre Care Instructions

The following instructions will help you achieve the best results from your Photo Facial treatment. Please take a moment to review this information and go over any questions and/or concerns you may have with your consultant.

Please note that permanent hair reduction may be a side effect and take this into consideration if you are planning on growing a goatee or beard.

Please reveal any medical conditions that may be of significance to the laser procedure -such as pregnancy, cold sore and fever blister tendencies, any type of allergy, recent facial peels or surgery, all current medications including Accutane, tetracycline, hormone replacement therapy or use of Retin-A.

Pre Treatment Considerations

Do not use self-tanning lotions, tanning booths, or sunbathe 2-4 weeks prior to your laser treatment. This procedure is sensitive to altered skin color and for safety reasons it will be necessary to reschedule if there is any tan or sun burn present.

Do not use skin care products such as Retin-A, OBAGI, or any face cream supplement that contains Hydroquinone or Glyquin for one week prior to treatment.

For body treatments, please shave the area the night before or the morning of the appointment.
