Karlie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Weber State University in her home state of Utah.

With over five years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Karlie brings both clinical knowledge and heartfelt connection to every treatment room. Just two years into her career, she was presented with the opportunity to manage a Medical Spa in Salt Lake City, a role that strengthened her leadership skills and deepened her passion for patient care.

Her approach to aesthetics is rooted in connection. Karlie believes confidence starts from within, and she loves helping her clients feel empowered, refreshed, and truly seen.

Her love for fitness and travel eventually led her to Arizona, where she continues to grow her career and passion at Derma Health.

Karlie’s favorite treatments are Botox, which she calls “a little dose of happiness”, and BBL laser, for its ability to transform and restore the skin beautifully over time.
