Your account
We allow you to delete your online account at any time. If you have a membership, deleting your online account will not terminate your membership.

Manage information we collect about you from third parties
We allow you to register your account on our mobile application through third-party services including Apple ID, Facebook and Google to provide faster account creation and login options.
If you register using a third-party service, with your explicit permission we will obtain your name and your email address. We need this information to create a new account or connect your existing account to the third-party service. No additional information will be collected from the third-party service.
You can unlink your third-party service any time through our application by going to My Account - Social Account and selecting the service to unlink. By selecting the option to unlink your third-party account you will no longer be able to use that service to log in to our application. You can always relink the third-party service by selecting the corresponding option from our application's login screen.
PLEASE NOTE: Unlinking your third-party service account does not remove your client account information. If you wish you name and email address to be removed form our client databased, you can send an email requesting removal at info@dhiskin.com or contact 480-470-5747.
IMPORTANT: Third party plugins an applications are operated by third-party services and are subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.
Electronic newsletters, education, marketing information
If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that the User has given us permission.
Derma Health offers a subscription text message program, and the User will have an opportunity to confirm or decline the service via a reply to an initial text message received. User will not be enrolled in a "mailing list" when you subscribe to this service. Message frequency varies.
Derma Health also offers one-time text messages. You will not be enrolled in any recurring text message program or text message "mailing list".

Derma Health does not have a separate charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier, you may receive text messages sent to your mobile phone.
By providing consent to participate in this program, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance. Derma Health reserves the right to terminate this SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. You are responsible for managing the types of SMS texts you receive. If you have any questions or need help, call Derma Health Customer Care at 480.470.5747.
To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to 650.600.9649. By enrolling in this subscription program, you consent that following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one (1) final message from Derma Health confirming that you have been inactivated in our system. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.
Third party websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
